Jacques Lodge - Development Permits

Development Permits

Brookfield Residential has submitted two Development Permits for the site to date. The first Development Permit, submitted by our consultant LBC engineering, is for Stripping and Grading. Obtaining a Development Permit for Stripping and Grading will allow us to prepare the site for development. This application is now in progress. You can find more information at https://developmentmap.calgary.ca/?find=DP2021-1303.

The second Development Permit was submitted by our architecture firm, Davignon Martin + Interior Design, and is for the construction of homes and park spaces on Site 4 / DC 2. We have submitted this application to run concurrently with our Land Use Amendment application to demonstrate our commitment to the community as to what will be built. The Site 4 / DC 2 Development Permit represents the first phase of homes that will become available for sale and construction once all required City approvals are in place. It represents 150 of the total 330 homes that will be constructed on the site and approximately 62% of the site’s land area. It also includes three park spaces. You can view images from the Site 4 / DC 2 Development Permit submission below and find out more information at https://developmentmap.calgary.ca/?find=DP2021-0337.”
