Welcome to the Jacques Lodge development website!

Brookfield Residential has an exciting new vision for the Jacques Lodge site in the Shaganappi community. In July 2020, we submitted a Land Use Amendment / Outline Plan application to begin the process of redeveloping the site. Throughout the past months, we have worked collaboratively with community stakeholders and The City of Calgary to modify our application and address feedback.

The Outline Plan application was approved by Calgary Planning Commission on March 18, 2021 and the Land Use Amendment application was approved by City Council on April 12, 2021. We look forward to continuing to provide updates as the development process progresses.
